200 Million Each Get $500 Rewards
To save America at least an immediate $450B+ in cleanups of governmental payments data, $500 participation rewards will be paid to every U.S. adult who locally: donates $25 of food, performs a short volunteer service, and processes their personal data form.
This program is mandatory for all U.S. resident adults receiving any continuing government payments, benefits and/or other forms of assistance. This program is voluntary for all other U.S. resident adults, but voluntary participation is very strongly encouraged. As currently laid out, this program makes NO distinction or regards to U.S. citizenship status or not, nor does it need to distinguish any. This program does NOT restrict eligibility to one per household, i.e., couples may each participate for a combined $1000 in their total rewards.
To each receive $500 rewards, 200M American adults will participate in a program to clean out bad information from all governmental payments databases, also generating $5B in donated food to end all current hunger across America, and providing 450 million man-hours of bonus volunteer community service labor for all 35,000 cities and towns nationwide to schedule full completion of just about every local revitalization project ever considered, including all K-12 schools, every public park, and more. At $500 each, the program costs about $100B one-time, but instantly saves America at least $450B+ annually to redirect, such as massive investment allotments to support the corresponding new national infrastructure jobs program. Rewards raised to $550-600 within newer federally-declared disaster areas per state/local matching.
